Tomato Harvest

This was my first year planting a vegetable garden.  I chose some fairly unique varieties of tomatoes simply because I liked the way they look.  I'm sure that I made plenty of mistakes like planting too many, not staking them well enough and letting them get too leggy.  Needless to say, I'm enjoying my beautiful tomatoes!  I made the most gorgeous salsa and am going to try drying some next.

I usually drop everything to photograph the heirloom peonies in my garden.  I can't seem to get enough of them!
